Tobe Hooper direted TCM which is arguably the best horror movie ever made. I'd say that, even though the rest of his body of work wasn't that great, he's still earned the honor just for Texas in my mind.

Round 2 - Match 3

After demolishing Christophe Gans 7-0 in the opening round, our next director will be facing a little tougher competition this time around...

Wes Craven - Last House on the Left, the Hills Have Eyes, Swamp Thing, Nightmare on Elm Street, Chiller, The Hills Have Eyes 2, The Serpent and the Rainbow, Shocker, The People Under the Stairs, New Nightmare, Vampire in Brooklyn, Scream, Scream 2, Scream 3, Cursed, Red Eye

Wes's opponent also scored a shutout victory in the first round, whooping Ronny Yu by a score of 8-0...

Takashi Miike - Audition, N-Girls vs. Vampire, Ichi the Killer, Gozu, You've Got a Call, Izo, The Great Yokai War

First one to 7 wins.....
