Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add bananas. Mix completely. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients. Mix it all together. Dump in pineapples (and half the juice). Mix all very well. Preheat oven to 350°. Butter 13 X 9 pan and 9x9 pan (or whatever it takes for how much mixture you have, they should be filled 3/4 the way full). Pour in mixture. Bake approximately 45 minutes to an hour...Keep checking the middle to see if it's done after about 30-45 minutes. The size of the pans you use will determine how long it takes for them to bake all the way. I know that doesn't sound like a 'formal' recipe...But, like I said...It's my own :)
