Welcome Vampires to your 2nd Tribal Council... Because you lost the Reward Challenge, your fate is in the hands of the Lycans and one of you will be going home today. The votes have been cast. Once they are read, the decision is final and the person voted out will be asked to leave immediately...

(1 Vampire tried toplace a vote, but that vote is disregarded since that person must have misread the results of the reward challenge.)
