Personal choice would go to Pinhead and Death but if were talking who would win, Pinhead would only be effective if someone solves the cube and Death only takes those when it's their time. So that would leave Annie and Pamela versus the dogs. Since both Pamela and Annie are driven by personal reason they wouldn't be a match for the dogs.
But i hated Resident Evil so i'm going with the personal choice and i'm voting for Pinhead and Death.
