Bee movie.
The animations/characters themselves were fairly basic, but I really LOVED the way they incorporated 3d elements into them and the backgrounds. Storyline was "ok", elements felt very borrowed from (was it ants or a bugs life where the ant fella realised there was "more to life"...etc?) <<that, but other than it was not bad, thankfully Chris Rock is only in the thing for a total of about a minute, and yes, it got a few genuine chuckles. (I'm sure the wasp joke was intentional) Look, it was ok - Probably "quite ok" if you are into these kinds of movies. I'd give it a 6.5/10 myself...I rated the first shrek and toy story films at about 8, if that tells you a bit about my system. I feel inclined to tell those that appreciate animation and nice 3d rendering/effects to head along, the rest, wait for video...not really anything new here.
