I've never seen how I met your mother or old spiderman and I don't think I've seen more than 5 minutes of 30 rock. BUT...Tina fey is awesome so I would probably go with 30 rock.

I like Tina Fey, but I can't seem to get interested in 30 Rock....and How I Met Your Mother is just more mass produced sitcom drivel.
Let's go for Spidey...I always preferred the 90's cartoon version, but this is still a classic.
