I've got a new one...people that bitch and complain about the "high" price of fuel.
*Here, a bottle of coke if more expensive per litre, lets not even get onto another common indulgence, alchohol...that there's MUCH more expensive.
Seems people are happy to pay extra, and ever increasing prices for these kind've things, but when it comes to the practical purchase of fuel, they get cheap...?
*A train ticket going as little as 2 stops is about $4AUD.
Now unless you've got a real gas guzzler of a car to an insane level, you could drive the same distance there and back on a litre of fuel which at the highest of high prices here might be $1.90AUD, leave when you want - not subject to timetables and inefficient service, you can control (in most cases) the temperature, you can move (in most cases) up to 4 people rather than just yourself, you don't have to put up with strangers, you can listen to music, and generally get there quicker and more efficiently. For less.

So what the fuck...? Just because it was "this much less" like 10 years ago?
Inflation. Actually happens with everything.
I think it's time people shut up about this one.

I'm sure this has been mentioned already - I haven't read much of this thread, to be honest - but lazy grammar/typing annoys the living Hell out of me.

I could care less if you don't bother to capitalize, or if you make little mistakes here and there. Nobody's perfect...heck, as soon as I post this I know someone is likely going to find a mistake in here and attack me for it.

It's just laziness that pisses me off. I mean, English wasn't everyone's best subject in school. It goes without saying that not everyone uses perfect grammar at all times - nor would I dream of expecting them to. But really, how hard is it to use spell check? Most browsers have one built in for God's sake!

I totally understand if you misuse a semi-colon or leave out apostrophes, or fall into a typing trap that spell check can't catch ("if" instead of "of" for example). But really, its not that hard to make your posts coherent, at the very least. A few people around here aren't even decipherable a lot of the time...

No, it seems to be all good now, about 30% less than a few months ago...
But my main complaint is people who bitch about it at any given time.
