The whole of the second Guinea Pig film is gross, I couldn't watch the eyeball removal! The popping eyeball in the first is pretty gross too.
Oh and Marathon Man is brilliant x

anyone remember that scene from dead-alive/braindead where lionel's uncle removes the zombie priest's teeth? always loved that.
and for eye removal, i always enjoyed eyes getting squished/removed in fulci movies, i believe house by the cemetery had an awesome one.
