No no I remember that one. They rip him into two pieces, not decapitate him. It was another I was referring to. Let me see if I can find it.

Gosh, I hope this is not in bad taste but a few Hollywood actors were decapitated in real life, Vic Morrow on the making of the Twilight Zone movie and a actress called Jane Mansfield, shocking stuff.

I also just remembered Spirits of the Dead (1968).

It's an anthology of 3 updated Poe stories. In Fellini's Toby Dammit sequence, there is a decapitation that happens off screen, at the end.
