Not sure if anyone touched on this or not, but the flying spheres from Phantasm was pretty cool for its day. I know I didn't see it coming. :)

(smacks head) I dont know how I forgot this one but in a final destination movie two girls get burned to death in tanning beds!

The Silver Sphere was mentioned.

The tanning beds in Final Destination 3 probably don't qualify because they weren't designed for killing.

Dr. Phibes was awesome! I guess the skull-crushing frog mask would qualify.

The entire movie revolves around Phibes killing his enemies with unusual devices. Another one was the system of tubes that dropped honey on his victim, and then locusts eat her. Another is killed by freezing to death, by a machine that spews ice.

ohhhh sorry hmmmmm oh yeah this one is funny yet the device is made for killing in the movie, on Amusement the supposed health inspector gets a surprise from the very old crank and play box!(didnt want to spoil for others who havent watched it!

I really must watch this film again; there's clearly a lot I've forgotten.

Plagues Of Egypt (Abominable Dr. Phibes)

Couldn't find a picture of the device, but this dude deserves a place in the Top Evil Clowns list.
