On a literary note, I recommend the novel Willard is adapted from- Ratman's Notebooks. There's a satirical element to the book both of the movies completely ignore.

The best rat movie of all and directed by the best horror director in the world.


Directed by the Ed Wood of Italian cinema, Bruno Mattei or is it Vincent Dawn. This director has more names than most, at last count 25.:rolleyes:
I like him anyway.:o

Wow, I don't think I've seen any of his films. Looks like he did a fair bit of Nazi and Women's Prison exploitation films.

As far as roach movies go, the one to beat is The Nest.

I left a P.S. about recommending cockroach movies as I could only think of Creepshow.

Couldn't find a picture, but there was a horrific rat attack in Dario Argento's Inferno.
