Any admin doing their job would ban them for life and keep banning them when they come back.
Sadly this isn't happening. Maybe the admin hasn't had to suffer the beatings people get while being called nigger or jewboy etc. A sign of any strength would be being able to see the pain such words can bring to people that others have decided fall within those descriptions. Horror or not, paid to admin or not, there is no moral reason to allow such things to happen (unless you agree with the comments), if you don't want the job don't do it, if you do want the job and the kudos, pull your finger out and do it properly please. We don't want to end up with a board full of trolls and white, straight people ONLY do we? Or do you??
