I'd imagine that switching currency from paper money to piscari money would stimulate the economy. In order to avoid rotting fish flesh in one's pocket, the individual would make haste to spend, thus supporting local businesses. Internet and e-business models will suffer as people will now physically feel the pressure of getting rid of these festering fish bodies and flee to stores and places of business to spend, spend, spend!
