Megadeth by a long shot. Rust In Peace is one of my top ten favorite albums of all time. Marty Fiedman is one of my favorite guitarists, right up with Jackie Lee. When I played guitar, I modeled myself after those two.

That being said, since we've decided to ruin the thread with 80's hair metal I'll add in:
