Dead Alive
I must agree with the Peter Jackson fans.
Dead Alive, although comical, it a non-stop gore-fest from beginning to end. Two scenes that stand out for me: 1. Nigel (sp?) fights off zombies with a lawn mower... with parts and blood going everywhere... and that lasts for a minute or two. 2. When one zombie was busted to pieces... it still kept coming!! A man was being chased by intestines!! Cool stuff. |

If you don't mid really cheesy gore, then most of the TROMA movies are pretty good. (Redneck Zombies, Rabid Grannies, Tromeo & Juliet).
If you are looking for slightly better quality, then go for Dead Alive, The Evil Dead movies, or Demons 1 or 2. (Notice that isn't "Night of the Demons", just Demons.) |
