Well, I think I just got a dose of reality horror a few minutes ago. LOL From now on, when I think of horror, A rather heavyset woman in a mini-van, hanging out the window and asking if I believe in Jesus and asking for hugs, with her stereo blasting children's Christian songs will come to mind. Uuugh!!!
Here is what happened: I have a 7-11 store about 2 blocks from my house. I usually walk to it since it is so close. After tonight, I shall vow never to go there again on foot. OK, so I was about a half a block into the trip, when a red mini-van pulled up beside me and a very odd woman stuck her head out of the window and asked me if I believed in Jesus. I told her I did not. This seemed to agitate her. She kept asking me the same question as I walked and she cruised beside me. I told her "No, I do not believe in that,"once again. She did not like my answer, so she started yelling "Oh yes you do!!!" I was trying to ignore her but it was becoming more impossible by the moment. After a few moments of the Jesus questions, she then asked for a hug. I don't know about anybody else, but I certainly don't go around giving strangers hugs, especially members of my own gender!!! I tried to explain this to her, but she persisted and acted as if she was on the verge of a crying jag. I started feeling sorry for her but at the same time I was scared because this woman was acting VERY strange. She continued to stretch her arms out of the van window and ask for a hug and kept saying "Jesus loves you." At this point I was really freaked out, so I started walking faster and tried to ignore her but it only seemed to make things worse. She continued to cruise beside me. Suddenly, she stuck her hand out and asked me to shake it. I just sort of looked at her and thought to myself "Well, maybe if I shake her hand, she will be satisfied and go away." So, I stepped over and shook her hand. Before I knew it, she pulled my arm towards her and wrapped her other arm around my neck, nearly pulling me a half a foot off the ground. She wasn't attacking me, but getting the hug she seemed to so desperately want. I wasn't sure what to do because she started crying and shit. Other cars were going by and I was beginning to feel very ridiculous and uncomfortable. I managed to pry myself lose from her clutch and told her that I had to get to the store. She then asked me if I wanted a ride. I told her "No." Then she asked if I would buy her some beer. Once again, "No" was my answer. This seemed to make her mad and she informed me that I was crazy if I thought she was going to hurt me. She kept saying "I'm not going to fuckin' hurt you, now get in and I'll give you a ride." I tried to ignore her again, so she cranked her stereo wide open, which was playing those Christian songs for kids. She yelled out over the music and said "Do you think somebody playing this would hurt you?" The whole time this is going on, I'm walking as fast as I can and looking at the ground while she continues to cruise alongside of me. I guess she finally got the message because suddenly she blurts out "Fuck ya'" and floors the gas pedal, speeding on down the road. Anyhow, it was all a very odd experience. I had a biker guy, who looked as if he was a member of the Hell's Angels try to pick me up last week and I felt less threatened by him than I did by this crazy woman. |

"Come on, Gimme a hug! Buy me a beer! Jesus loves ya! Aww, fuck ya!" lmao She sounds crazy as hell. Another thing I envision is that this is probably in the south. Mind if I ask what state you're in? |

JASON VOORHEES!!
That's the definite first name that comes to me. Of course a whole lot of other names rush trough my head if I take the time to read all posts and choices, but frankly, when I saw the title of the thread, it's the name that came to me first. |
