Well I can't help you with finding Tomb Raider...
But!! As Phalanx already pointed out, you can get some pretty awesome oldschool emulators and roms that work great. Myself, I love using the SNES9X Super Nintendo Emulator. If you go to VimmsLair.net there's a great selection of SNES roms to play. In fact, Vimm's Lair has NES, SNES, Genesis and N64 roms/emulators. But I wouldn't recommend the N64 emulator... as again pointed out by Phalanx, it's crap. The frames always freeze on me. You said you're kind of slow learning so I don't know how you'd go with Dosbox... it's pretty good though once you can run it. If you go to Abandonia.com you can download old DOS games and run them using Dosbox. All of the games on Abandonia that are available for download are 100% free and legal to download, as far as I know... so you don't have to worry about stealing. Heh heh. :) I got Blood from Abandonia last night and I've been having a good old time blowing the heads off zombies then kicking them about. |
