My dad has a friend from Brazil coming to visit him tonight. Me, being the horror whore of the family, made him promise to ask her about the Coffin Joe trilogy when she gets in.

So that got me thinking: do you guys find yourselves asking foreigners about the horror movies that you know come from their native countries? I have a lot of Asian friends here in Seattle, so I get to talk a lot about spooky ghost girls. I also have a few Spanish friends, and find myself asking them about del Toro films. Is this a widespread thing, or am I crazy?
funnily enough..
before i went overseas i did this ..i asked about what horror movies
were available in Egypt ...so on arrival..he hired 20 horror related movies
each week i was there.
i actually saw releases that weren't in NZ...but ironic..
when i did get back .those titles were only being advertised as the up n coming..hitting the theaters soon'.

movies like
white noise
the cave
dark water and many more.

see how far behind we are
