Yep, go to the doctor.
Probably flu (arthralgia, fever, headache, dizziness) but it is difficult to diagnose over the internet. Best get a checkup.

This is one of the things it could be...probably not, but hey... Go drink some peppermint and chamomile tea, burn a joint if you've got one, and have a solid 8 hours sleep, even if you don't need to - when you wake up, go for a walk, breathe in lots of fresh air, and fuck off the tv/pc for the remainder. I'd be surprised if that didn't kill it. If not, see a doctor.

Can't think of what it could be. I'd say go see the Doctor, do what he advises and get some rest. Maybe see if one of your parents can come and keep an eye on the kids.
