2 evil eyes - Harvey Keital's character was an artist/photographer.

The Hand - Michael Cain is a comic artist

Dr Terror's House of terror features Chris Lee as an Art critic who runs over an artists hand.

Bedlam and Isle of the Dead are inspired by paintings and Irina in Cat People draws. Also, there's a great segment in Tales from the Hood revolving around a kid's drawing.

That just made me think of Night Gallery.

You gotta see "Playgirl Killer," it is an awesome whacko artist movie. William ("Blood Feast") Kerwin as the kooky painter who kills his models because THEY WON'T SIT STILL! It's actually quite flipped-out.

Also, Neil Sedaka has an extended cameo, and he sings a song at a dance party. You gotta love that.
