yeah - this is more of a choreographed dance .. very definate moves and rules for those moves.


i got interested in it because my kid does it - and his teacher is excellent.
they do a lot of stretching - good rehab for my knee ... but today my knee is sore as hell - because of the riding stance - and weight bearing side kicks (which i cant do properly for shit ... yet)
