Not really.
Sometimes I check in throughout work, that's about it. I've actually got to moderate another, slightly bigger forum as part of my job too, so kind've eats up the empty time.

all the time - i'm always popping the HDC screen up and down - though last week somebody said 'what's that your doing' so i'm trying to be a bit more discrete

Last job I had that was at a computer it was an instant dismissal if they caught you on the internet... not that I had the time to surf the net at that horrible job.
