While we're on the subject (of the Uggo collective), I just had to renew my license the other day and it seems as though the RMV is a veritable vortex of Uggos and trash. Why is that? The better looking people get out of the DUI, DWI, etc... tickets and only need to go into the DMV once a year... if that. The ugly folk must not know how to fill out the renewal by mails slips and don't even think about them being able to renew online. Other than that, like I said, most people are ugly. :)
