Seriously.....we do have talent on this forum. Its pretty cool when some young newcomer can ask some pertinent question concerning "the biz" and we have people on here who have on-hand knowledge.

I was watching a documentary on Pan's Labyrinth and discovered that Doug Jones actually learned Spanish entirely for the purpose of playing his parts in the flick.

Besides the lip movement, however, his efforts went to waste; Guillermo del Toro wasn't happy with the sound of Doug's voice, and later re-dubbed the entire character via a different voice actor.

Superb actor.
