i prefered mr barlow to nosferatu's count dracula, although he isn't technically a dracula as the thread requests.

George Hamilton, of course

nah...jk...jk..I always found it amusing that they would pick someone with a perpetual tan to play Dracula.

Christopher Lee is my choice.

Christopher Lee
Bela Lugosi
Max Shreck (not exactly Dracula but yea)
Gary Oldman
Udo Kier
Frank Langella
Carlos Villarias
John Carradine
Jack Palance
Leslie Nielsen

...in that order. I particularly loved those Cushing-Lee confrontation movies.

I liked Bela Lugosi. Did a project on him in grade 5. Good Times.

Gary Oldman did a really good job too.

Christopher Lee is my favorite by far, though Langella brought a lot to the role. I like Lugosi better in Mark of the Vampire. Lugosi's staginess comes in handy there.

Christopher Lee for sure... I am surprised at how many people agree...
