I have to agree that "The Version You've Never Seen" is the superior film. It feels a bit more true to the novel, with the extended hospital scene (although memories are vague - it's been over 20 years since I last read the novel).

Hey, at least they didn't fuck it up with poor quality CGI :cool:

(based on the Sherman's Lagoon comic strip)

Oh! Sorry! I don't think any of the Exorcist "series", sequels or prequels are worth putting in the same sentence as the Exorcist. Just my opinion.

I wouldn't personally take it that far, but I just watched III the other day for the first time (note to self: don't be a dumbass and fail to watch a movie for that length of time ever again! :D ). I liked Brad Dourif's performance and George C. "Patton" Scott's performances. Plus, I finally learned what "hospital hallway scene" finally meant... ;)

I don't think it is as good as the first, but it is still a very good movie.
