Any fight of any kind in:
Gladiator Blackhawk Down Ridley Scott puts together amazing fights. Cant forget T2, t1000 vs t100 in the foundry true lies. Pretty much all of them. Again, Jim Cameron, like Scott, is a god when it comes to fight scenes. Rick Rossovich getting pummeled and put through a wall in the original terminator deserves an honorable mention, if for no other reason than i like watching him get beaten.

Lethal Weapon 1, Riggs vs Mr Joshua Die Hard: with a vengeance - the big guy on the boat. wolverine vs lady deathstrike - xmen 2 ANYTHING from mr vampire. The first scene in "versus" The one redeeming feature in star wars: episode 1. vann damme/dolph lundgren in universal soldier spider-man vs doc oc, on/around the train in spiderman 2, in fact, the one on the side of the building was kickass too. ...there's a few.
