Definately the scene in Day of the Dead when the guy gets his throat torn out. The sound of his vocal cords getting torn as he screams makes the entire scene.

It's not my fav., infact I don't a fav.. I like watching a good kill scene though.
I have a good kill scene that comes to mind. In Waxwork, where the werewolf squeezes the one guys head and rips him in half.
