2 is really good (and dirt cheap- I got my DVD for $6 at Best Buy) and 4 is also good, but in a very different way.

The second one is good, but not scarier. Its just more gory. Very good though.

Yeh I'd agree with you on that. There's just something about Halloween II that puts the shits up me. Mikey is just a lot more unrelenting in that entry (my favorite of the series).

i have to disagree. the original was the scariest imo, although the second one was still really good, especially for a sequel.

Just, the part in the 1st one at the climax, where laurie went into the house and saw all her friends, and michael was always standing right behind her, and you see his white face like that.

The scariest scene though, was when michael was stalking the other babysitter. It seemed like everytime she moved, he was looking at her through a window, and i had almost forgotten about him being there when he sprung out and choked her to death.

I just liked the part in the sequel when she found her friend with the knife through his eye, and michael put the needle through hers.
