As for Halloween cartoons, you can't beat "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" and for your list,you have some good choices but you need to add some of the great Universal and Hammer films

I saw a Beavis & Butthead video where they totally ripped on the Peanuts characters. Good thing I taped it. I laughed so hard, I had to watch it 4 times to get completely through it. :D
