I'm not trying to label The Transplants as punk. I guess they're my dirty pleasure.

On the other hand I liked a lot of the shit on Rancid's newest CD, so I guess I haven't the best taste, but...

Anyway, The Bastards are way better, I agree, and no one can beat Rancid. I'm just saying I enjoy listening to The Transplants.

Yeah theres several good songs on Indestructable (i.e. David Courtney, Red Hot Moon, Arrested in Shanghai), but im guessing most of these came from Lars.

And then the songs like Fall Back Down, with the guy from Good Charlotte and Kelly Osbourne in the video, was shitty pants Tims idea

Haha can't argue with you there...the "Lars" songs you listed were the ones I like and I absolutely hated Fall Back Down.

Yah, Lars is still the man...

Maaan, I wish I had the energy to say something really witty and sarcastic (maybe even hurtful).

But, I'll just go with the standard "They are soooooo gay!"

Hmm you must be listening to the new stuff then, because their older stuff sounds like Lars and the Bastards more. Like "Lets Go" and "Out Come the Wolves" are the best. I would give it a shot.

Yah. Personally I like Life Won't Wait. Great Albulm.

Anyway, if anyone cares, the Tarnsplants CD is very good. Anyone who complained about them on this thread still won't like them, 'cause they're exactly like before.

I think Rancid should drop the Ska and Oi for a bit and stick to just plain ol' punk.
