It's out of respect, urgeok. That's why they don't just get rid of them in the most convenient way possible just to save space! Geez, what are you an economist?

I grew up with a cemetary at the top of my street. Twas a really old one too. (Well as old as you can get burying white people in the USA. Our British friends might scoff, and rightly so).

Anyway... It was the first place I ever smoked pot. It was also a cool reserve for graveyard dirt...a delightful but morbid magickal component.

I really don't want to be rude...but why do I feel like your posts are always filled with complete BS? ;) I feel like you make statements to try and shock people on here or something, but you over do it a little. If you're going to lie, at least do it better than that ;)

Cemetaries freak me out because it reminds me of death, and my own impending death. It's sad because you have to wonder; why do people have to die?

Yeah, that's true too. I feel the same way when I have to go to a wake...you just sit there and look at the body and realize that one day you're going to be the body that everyone is looking at;)

Yeah...I may not have a wake... ;)

I'm not having a wake, and my cemetary is gonna be held in a gymnastics school when they're having a class. Then they'll just throw me in a lawn bag and call it a day.
