I'm a sucker for BK though, and Arby's to, loved Jack In The Box's chili cheese fries but they quit selling them here ...

I love good old southern cooked homestyle food though, just can't beat it.

I love sushi also, which usually grosses people out lol

Damn I'm getting hungry talking about food, see yall in a bit.:D

Sushi is good for you, but it never fills me up. I love that though.... I also love Arby's but there arent any on long island anymore. I actually make it myself... onion roll, roast beef and velvetta cheese... mmmmm

sushi and sushimi are fantastic ... cant be beat .. and yeah they are pretty healthy compared to everything else mentioned so far.

gotta love that wasabi ...

i remember getting it at one place that was 100 more potent than any i'd had before .. took a good helping of it before i realized ... had a coughing fit in the restaurant ..

beware the places where they mix it themselves :)

I never had sushi.
For fast food I'll usually get a nacho's bellgrande from Taco Bell. Big Macs are pretty good, but I really don't eat a lot of fast food.
Although a NY System hot weiner is great late at night after a few beers. Its a weiner with mustard covered in meat sauce and topped with lots of onions and garlic salt.

I do not eat very much bread or breading, so that rather limits my choices. I do like crunchy tacos at TB with Jalapenos. For me a big steak is the way to go...

Bread is my biggest downfall. I LOVE nice warm bread or rolls slathered in butter! Tacos are good, but leave off the jalapenos, please (not good for the reflux). Not big on red meat either. It's not the aesthetics, it's the taste. Prefer poultry or seafood.

Uh oh... you arent low carbing it are you?

I eat and drink whatever i want, the secret is moderation. i try to keep everything at a reasonable intake level. Granted, i splurge every once in a while (every month or so), but im mostly a good boy. i have my drinking more or less down to a 6 pack a week.
