Prince Vigo the carpathian, from Ghostbusters 2. Now for the next guy. I lived in California. I liked AC/DC a LOT. I killed several dozen people, because i liked to. And because i believed that the Devil was protecting me. I was foten described by the victims i didnt kill as having horrid breath. I was eventually caught because i tried to steal a car in broad daylight. I got married after being sentanced to death.

Very nice.
how about this one? I was made from hundreds of evil men. i was out in the real world for just a small amount of time, but i had a great time. Only one man could catch me, but they had to let him out of prison first. If i get hurt, i can just chew on a window to get better

You're good. Im going to have to come up with a harder one.
Im from Russia, originally the Ukraine. My parents scared me as a kid saying that my brother was eaten by other people for food. I killed over 50 people from the late 70s to the early 90s. i would mutilate my victims, sometimes biting off and swallowing parts. I was brought in for questioning for the murders i was commiting, but was released when my blood test did not match the semen sample recovered from a victim. They didnt know that blood and semen could have different types. my first victim was a little girl.
