In Crocodile 2 when that bad ass Croc Hunter gets ate. He's being chomped and he's stabbing and stabbing the croc the entire time.. Then the croc starts his death roll and the guy is still stabbing!

"Superstition" the guy cleaved in half by a window "Thirteen Ghost's" the guy cleaved in half by a window "The Omen" the guy cleaved in half by a window "The Omen" the guy cleaved in half by a cable in a lift (can't remember quite which "Omen's" these occur in but hell...) "The Prowler" spike through the head There may be more to come, have to go off and think about more cleaved in half stuff...

There was also a drill to the head in Sleepaway Camp 2. Several cool murders, one girl got stuffed into an outhouse toilet with a stick.. a few girls were tied to a bbq pit and torched..
