Yeah, in terms of being funny...Army of Darkness is the one for me. American Werewolf was funny, but in a grim way, and it was much more focused on being scary (it's very scary!).

I like Army of Darkness, but I certainly don't love it. I think it's weak in comparison to its predecessors. AAWIL is a much stronger film both in its subtle black humor and its horrifying layout.

Tough match.

Its lots of fun and I really enjoy it, but I personally have a hard time classifying Army of Darkness as horror. Also, its nowhere near the other Evil Dead flicks.

AWIL and Bubba Ho-Tep are both great movies, but on any given evening I'd be much more apt to grab ol' Bruce's Elvis off the shelf.

Hard to vote against one of the staples of the genre, but I have to go for Bubba Ho-Tep here.
