The Fu Manchu films. Boris Karloff and Christopher Lee were awesome as the evil doctor and genius.

Fu Manchu is the granddaddy of comic book supervillainy. Definitely Fu. Karloff's performance is fun and Lee is a great successor to the image. Fu Manchu is Dr. Zinn, Ra's Al- Ghul and any number of eccentric cartoon villains.
