Pains me to vote against Price, but I've never actually seen Twice Told Tales (:o)....and Kwaidan is a masterpiece...

I'm going to go with Twice Told Tales. Very underappreciated. Kwaidan is indeed a work of art, but I think it's kind of uneven and Twice Told Tales is solid throughout.
