Penalty stays the same.

A contestant not submitting his entry would mean 0 Health Packs for them from Challenge #4 which...considering the damage this lethal weapon is going to do...is going to be very, very dearly valuable.

ANY of us would need to be fit with 7 health packs to survive 2 shots.

ALL of us can be killed with 3 shots. (would need to be fit with 12 health packs to survive).

If ANY person donates their health packs...They could very well be committing suicide.

Since this is an "individual challenge", would all team members be targeted by the snipers, if some team members didn't turn in their answers? Or just the individual person would be targeted?

The snipers shoot those whom they are ordered to.

In this case, it would be ALL the ALL-CORRECT contestants, in case any ONE of them doesn't fire his rocket launcher.

And this time, the snipers will have 6 bullets themselves...
