Or the "you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us" scene from Spider-Man 2.

that was the first one. And what I was referencing :)

When the Green Goblin is trying to stop spiderman from rescuing the kids and MJ... A smudge on an otherwise great movie.

But it was no Dark Knight.

I didn't mind that part in Spiderman at all, I think it fit the mood of the film just fine. Same with the mask part in Spidey 2.

*SPOILERS*

From The Dark Knight I would have liked more fleshing out of Dent, he transformed too quickly in my opinion. I wouldn't think that even a baptism in fire wouldn't have purged him of his convictions that quickly.

I thought the spiderman 2 scene was well done, the one from spiderman was just too hokey for me. New Yorkers acted like that for about a week after 9\11, after that, it was business as usual for america.

I completely got what it was there for (and, lets face it, the movies are fantasy...) i just didnt care for it.

It's definitely a moment that divides people and every Spiderman had that moment really. From the bridge scene in one, to the happy smile/jump/pause in two, to the long bad-boy dance scene in the third. I'd still put Spiderman 1 up there with The Dark Knight and Burton's Batman but that's the beauty of personal preference. :)

Yes it was a big push but one would expect more grieving before everything he stood for collapsed. Still a great flick and I can't wait for the third but I think Joker carried TDK over it's speed bumps for a smooth ride.

Dont forget Dent's anger. That is another big reason for him to flip early.

I like how I don't even need to watch the movie now, because in reading this thread I think I have the jist of it.
