Interesting coincidence, I was just admiring the acting job of Father Merrin while grabbing some sound clips from Exorcist. Hollywood has always had a huge problem of finding actors who can convincingly play an individual of faith. I'm just speaking of what I've seen, not making a joke about Hollywood. Frederick Loren is one of my favorite characters, but like Ash better.
