Gladiator. Say what you will about Russell Crowe....he was PERFECT in this film. He may be an asshole, but he's a great actor. And Joaquin Phoenix was an excellent bad guy.

I like this better than the second one (excluding the beginning car crash scene of course) I love the lead girl too. Spoila' My favorite kill is the car engine head thing and I hate the tanning bed part. 7/10

Haven't see this one in a while, forgot what a wonderful character study it is. I know there are a lot of people on this site who wouldn't like it as there is no blood and very little action, but the story is original and suspenseful. The Protector. worst piece of shit excuse for a movie I have ever seen. this is the first movie that had action non-stop throughout the entire thing that bored me to death. no plot whatsoever pretty much, pretty much impossible to understand whats going on, and finally....dudes on roller blades and bmx bikes fighting with flourescent light sticks......some of the most retarded scenes ive seen in a long time. the first movie ive actually walked out of before it ended. do not see it.
