The only "twin brothers" that comes to my mind is "Dead Ringer", but I doubt that is it. From the picture, the man does look as if he was in a "Robocop" suit, but that definitely is not from the trilogy, also judging from the picture, the truck (?) does look evil in a sense (perhaps a possessed vehicle movie?) (I am merely guessing from the look of the vehicle mirror). Am I on the right track?

Nope. It's just a camera angle of showing him in the mirror.
Here's a third pic from the same film...  Should be easier now. One more hint if this pic doesn't ring any bells - This fantastic little movie was overshadowed by the more popular Friday the 13th.
