can anyone help with an obscure vampire film from the 70's or 80's

Ok, I know this is going to very vague and random, but I'm trying to find the name of a film that I saw as a kid, probably made in the late 70's or early 80's. It had a vampire in it and I think took place around Los Angeles or at least filmed in the hills around LA. I remember that the vampire could jump long distances. I suppose he was supposed to be flying, but it was more like jumping. I remember one scene where he was attacking a women in her house. She says, "do you want to rape me, I'll make it feel good..." For some reason the scene of him jumping and that line have stuck with me for nearly 20 years. I wish I could remember more details. Any help or similar memories is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, it was earlier than Vampire's Kiss and much more cheesy. Not Satan's Twat (though it ought to be). A vampire knock off film that took itself seriously.

Some of the shit you mentioned makes me think its one of the Count Yorga flicks. Was it a 1800s deal or set in the "present"?

Actually, it could be Count Yorga. I'll have to see if I can find a copy or maybe (ahem) download a copy. Since I'm living outside the US, it's hard to find some titles, especially if they're older or more obscure. Gotta use the old downloader from time to time. Thanks for the help.

I don't remember any line like that from Count Yorga, but it's been a long time.

^^ Yeh that line reminds me of Blood For Dracula but that wasn't set in the US.

Yeh I hear that dude living outside the US makes tracking down a lot of stuff difficult especially the killer postage costs. Where you from dude?
