Option C would work out well since Michael awoke from his coma in 1988 which was when the 1st Hellraiser came out I think...

No it came out in 1987, I remember seeing it for the first time like ten years later. It was the year I was born so thats how I remember.

Yeah that way it fits in with Michael as well. You can say late 1987 into early 1988, so that it clashes and then the rest is in 1988.
