Bless your heart, Urge. I have a really bad ankle. It has tendonitis on the ligament around the malleolus. In other words, it's perma-sprained. It's been good lately, but now the swelling is coming back.

Do you do the twenty minutes in ice water and then twenty minutes in hot water? If not, this regimen helps a lot.
