Help identify movie?

Hi.

I've been trying to locate a movie I saw a few years ago. I've a feeling it was european, possibly french or eastern block.

My memory if it is pretty sketchy, but it seemed to be about a young woman (or may have been a couple) going to view a room in an apartment block. The colour was very washed out, grey/blue tint.

The appartment block tuned out to be ran by an old woman & her sons, who were all nuts. She was intent on keeping people there against their will, and the bulk of the movie was about the prisoners trying to escape.

I remember there was an oldfashioned elevator, the kind you ge tin old european buildings with the shutter front, and a couple of scenes were set around there. There also may have been some vicious dogs involved.

Finally, I don't think it was a very long film, only around an hour, but it was really sick & shocking, like the modern Hostel/Colector type films.

Any ideas? I thought it may have been called something like 'the lease' but I can't find anything.

Nope, that's not it.

There was no heist or riots or anything like that behind the guests ending up there, just normal circumstances.....

Ok, it's looking like the movie is called TO LET from 2009.

Can anyone help me find a copy in region 2??

Its easy to hack a dvd player and make it play any region. Google how to do it and play any regions dvds. As far as blu-ray I have no clue, I mostly use torrents.
