Kill Bill vol. 2 had it's moments. But too slow and boring imo, and it doesn't make it better that I don't like the "book/chapter"-style and sprinkling blood used in it.

1st one isn't that great neither, but better than the 2nd.

Don't worry as much as I despise it I still like the beginning of the film-there are other people who love it though so you're not alone.
