It's done in the form of an awards show, with presenters presenting each award, and the winner, if he or she is around making a little speech, and others in attendance making congratulatory remarks.

You also tune into NeverEndingWonder Radio at the time to hear appropriately spooky music and commentary from the Insane Uncle Ozma.

I think I might actually make it. I've been feeling seriously under the weather lately, BUT with a two-hour nap in the middle of today, I might be up late tonight.
