Yup both AMK and Arioch can ban they can ban user names only, the only things they can really do is open/close threads, delete posts/threads, ban user names (not IP's only horror can do that), merge/split threads. I don't think they can unban though...I'm not sure? I think Horror has to do that too!

But in all honesty I'd say there doing wonderful jobs on cleaning house...but thats my opinion now isn't it~S~
